Tom is a senior, been around a while. During this time, one of his more memorable pastimes has been meeting interesting people of various ages and backgrounds.

 

Hearing the stimulating stories of their lives, challenges and successes, he sometimes suggested they write them down, so the knowledge wasn’t lost. This usually brought a familiar response, ‘I’m no writer’, sometimes with a little giggle at the thought. So, no, they didn’t, as far as he knows. The stories, the lessons, the examples, the valuable information of things they did, and at times mistakes they made, would all be lost when they go.

 

The blog answers some of this by referring to ideas and circumstances they shared. Added to these stories are a few of his own memories that are relevant today. Most of the blogs talk about average people who attempted things out of the ordinary or found interesting ways to handle life’s experiences and obligations, which gives the accounts more significance because they can happen to anyone. That is, anyone who is attempting something.
